Astra Recycling terms and conditions for your access to and use of the “Website” is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. By using the website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must immediately stop using this website. These terms and conditions apply to the goods and services offered from the company, to you and by ordering, you agree to be bound by them. No part of these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a customer.

All images and illustrations used on this site are for illustrative purposes only to show the product and service described as accurately as possible.
Age of Consent
When placing an order you are declaring that you are the appropriate legal age. If it is found that you are not legally entitled to order our service, we reserve the right to terminate all account facilities immediately, without notice, and we will not be obliged to complete the order.
Customer Responsibility
At the time of ordering please notify Astra Recycling of any special delivery instructions. On delivery of your External, Internal bank or bags please inspect them for damage and notify Astra Recycling within 3 working days.
Collection Disclaimer
Driver has the right to refuse collection of bags if they are deemed unsuitable for collection.
Price per Tonne
Any price shown or offered is for use on this website only and those prices quoted are valid at the date of collection. Astra Recycling reserve the right at any time to adjust the prices paid per ton of textiles without any notice or notification.
Payment
Payment will be made once a month, a month in arrears.
Delivery
The delivery of goods will be undertaken by our own drivers or a contracted registered delivery company. The timescale given for delivery of the external bin and internal bin will be dependent on current stock availability
External Bin
Astra Recycling will provide and arrange delivery of an external textile bin at the customer’s request. There is NO charge to the customer or registered participant for this service. The bin will remain the sole property of Astra Recycling during the transportation, delivery and use of the bin.
The external bin will be required to be positioned in a safe secure area within the registered participants address.
The external bin must be positioned on a level hard standing surface and have enough safe access for use by the participants.
The external bin must NOT be positioned on an uneven surface.
The external bin must have direct access for our service collectors and bin removal company. Failure to comply with this request may result in a charge to the registered participant and removal of bin.
Astra Recycling reserve the right to remove the bin from any registered participant’s site within 2 weeks prior written notice.
External and Internal Bin Collections
Astra Recycling will use their own collectors or a national transport company to collect material from either the external or internal bin. We offer a 7 working day collection time scale upon receiving notification to perform a collection. We will endeavour to reduce this time scale if possible. When a collection is booked there is no communication available between the registered participant and the collector. Failure to comply with this may result in a failed collection and non payment
